An innovative forward thinking Hong Kong based Asset Management Company is looking for a full-time Sales & Marketing Assistant for everyday duties in the Sales & Marketing department.
Responsibilities
-Update vital marketing materials
-Monitor client application deal flow
-Update appointment records from client meetings
-Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management system
-Conduct Market Research on potential clients
-Update the company website regularly
Requirements:
-Must be able to speak fluent English and Cantonese
-Highly computer literate, with excellent Visual Presentation Skills on MS Word and MS PowerPoint
-Ability to formulate and design PowerPoint Presentations
-Outgoing personality
-Willing to make suggestions in the workplace
-Willing to learn the CRM system
-Willing to learn Hong Kong regulatory marketing restrictions
